Do you deliver to my address?
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland, but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. Delivery of certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man may not always be possible.
For many areas the order cut-off time for a Monday "next day" delivery (excludes bank holidays) will be 4pm on the previous Friday: AB; BT; DD8-11; GY; HS; IM; IV1; JE; KW; PA20-78; PH19-44; TR21-25; ZE.
Tuesday to Friday next/named day delivery services are not available for the following postcodes: GY; HS; IM; IV40-56; JE; KA27-28; KW 11,13,15-17; PA33-34, 36, 40-49, 60-78; ZE

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your package if it is sent to these types of address. This does not apply to BFPO addresses.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
How can I change or cancel an order?
We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.
If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items separately.
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 01252 749474 between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, or by using the 'Ask a question' link in the left-hand tool bar. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date when you call.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. You can also of course return them to our offices face-to-face.
There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including custom-made items (e.g. purpose built LED lightbars). Please contact us for further details.
Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order online. If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team, or call us on 01252 749474 between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If you've more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us as before.
